In this kit : fresh ginger, garlic, chillies, curry leaves, pandan leaf, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and crushed red chilies. Plus a secret blend of freshly roasted and hand ground whole spices (coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, mustard, chilli and turmeric).
