In this kit: fresh ginger, garlic, chilies, curry leaves, bay leaves, cassia bark, cloves, black peppercorns, ground almonds and a block of fresh coconut cream. Plus a secret blend of freshly roasted and hand ground spices (coriander, tumeric, black pepper, cumin, ginger, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves).
Just add: your meat or vegetables, two tomatoes, a little milk and an onion.
